#20  The Nave scuola Amerigo Vespucci will take 24 days of sailing from New York to La Spezia, Italy. There are four hundred people in the crew. They have to stock up the galley (the kitchen) with enough food for everybody for the whole journey. Considering that 1/4 of the crew will drink one cup of milk for breakfast and that one gallon of milk will serve about thirty seven cups, how many gallons should they stock up??🤔

Fascinating fact: The Amerigo Vespucci is an Italian military ship used as a school ship that travels all around the world and was made in 1930. It was here in NY for a few days this summer and I visited it.
