#45  Sal's pizza (Chapel Hill, North Carolina) only sells two types of pizza.  A medium and a large.  A medium cost 10$, and a large cost 20$.  The large pie is twelve inches diameter, and the medium pie is eight inches diameter.  What would be a better deal? Two mediums or one large?

Fascinating fact:  The first real pizza was made in Naples Port Alba, by a baker named Raffaele Esposito.  There is a story that in the late 1800s, Queen Margherita and King Umberto ordered Raffaele to come make them pizza.
